Hi, I'm Chef Michelle and I started the BMB while in Culinary school and have kept it as a side job since then. I've worked a few good kitchens, but mostly awful... awful ones. Then it hit me: the BMB is my happiness. So here I am, just trying to make a living and get this bakery off the ground. Watch me as I succeed or... fall on my ass.
